Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations for a lifting/rigging equipment company
Drive sales growth and ensure they are meeting revenue and customer service goals
Manage inventory levels and ordering to meet customer demand
Maintain compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry best practices
Hire, train, and supervise branch staffs including technicians, drivers, and administrative personnel
Develop and implement strategies to grow the branch's customer base and market share
Prepare and analyze financial reports to track branch performance
Collaborate with corporate leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
Enhance team safety culture and maintain company quality standards.
Base Location in Sathahip.

Qualifications

Educational Requirements

Bachelor's Degree In

Fluent in English

Technical Certifications / Experience

Experience in inspection/certification / QA/QC in oil and gas and industrial segments at min 5 yrs
Experience in Sales or Business Development is preferred
Knowledge in Lifting/crane operation
Familiar in oil and gas (onshore and offshore)
Understanding in Quality Management System
