We are seeking a Line Official Account Manager and customer care executive for a full-time, on-site position based in Bangkok for our Alcohol Business. The role involves overseeing the administration and management of the company's Line Official Account. Responsibilities include creating engaging content, managing customer interactions, tracking performance metrics, developing strategies to increase audience engagement, reply customer texts, increase sales and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in managing and optimizing social media platforms, particularly LINE Official Accounts.
  • Strong skills in content creation, copywriting, and visual storytelling to engage and retain an audience.
  • Familiarity with performance tracking tools, data analysis, and delivering actionable insights based on analytics.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in an on-site setting while meeting deadlines.
  • Experience in customer engagement and resolving inquiries effectively is an advantage.
  • Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Thai and English Language proficiency.
