- Develop and execute integrated live commerce strategies combining livestreams, short video content, and affiliate programs to maximize traffic, engagement, and GMV.
- Partner with brand clients to define sales and marketing objectives, ensuring alignment with platform algorithms and audience behavior.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution — from ideation, scheduling, host coordination, and production to post-campaign performance analysis.
- Lead the planning and optimization of livestream and video content calendars to capitalize on key events such as Double Digit Days, Payday Sales, and platform mega campaigns.
- Strengthen creator and affiliate programs through data-backed recruitment, activation, and performance optimization of KOLs/KOCs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Performance Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure cohesive storytelling, product readiness, and real-time fulfillment.
- Monitor campaign analytics (e.g., CTR, Enter Room Rate, GMV, conversion) and provide actionable insights to enhance future campaign outcomes.
- Maintain strong relationships with platform partners (TikTok, Shopee, Lazada) to stay ahead of new tools, features, and best practices.
Performance Management
- Track and evaluate performance across all live commerce pillars using dashboards and structured reporting.
- Create detailed performance reports and insights for internal stakeholders and clients, highlighting successes and opportunities.
- Identify trends, competitive benchmarks, and growth opportunities to refine Intrepid's live commerce approach.
Team Leadership
- Lead and develop the Live Commerce team (Admins, MCs, Operators)
- Set clear KPI frameworks and performance-driven culture
- Coach and elevate MCs to improve performance
- Drive hiring, training, and retention of high-performing livestream talent
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the Performance Marketing, Content, and Operations teams to integrate livestream campaigns with broader eCommerce strategies.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure real-time updates on inventory and fulfillment during livestreams.
- Liaise with platform representatives (e.g., TikTok, Shopee, Lazada) to stay updated on new features and guidelines.
