About The Role

We're on the hunt for an energetic Livestreaming Account Manager to elevate our in-house livestreaming experiences for top brand partners! If you have a knack for finding charismatic MCs, optimizing sales strategies, and bringing brand stories to life through livestreams, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create Winning Campaigns: Collaborate with Brand Key Account Managers (KAM) to develop effective voucher strategies and sales mechanics that drive maximum revenue.
  • Brief for Success: Prepare MCs with clear briefs to ensure they convey the right brand message and hit key points during livestreams.
  • Calendar & Schedule Management: Manage and optimize livestream calendars to ensure sessions are scheduled at the best times, especially when TikTok offers voucher giveaways. Work closely with the TikTok team and internal teams to maximize visibility and sales impact.
  • Optimize Performance: Monitor livestream sales performance and content quality, making real-time adjustments to achieve KPIs and maximize impact.
  • Build Partnerships: Foster long-term relationships with top MCs and influencers to continuously raise the standard of livestream content.
  • Stay Trendy & Strategic: Keep up with livestream trends and develop new strategies to keep our content fresh, engaging, and effective.
  • Recruit the Best MC Talent: Identify, engage, and recruit dynamic MCs who align with each brand's voice and deliver exceptional livestream experiences.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in any major (preferably in Advertising or related fields).
  • Experience: 1-3 years in KOL or influencer management, especially within beauty, fashion, or agency environments.
  • Platform Knowledge: Strong understanding of major social platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Passion & Network: Love for pop culture, social media, and influencer marketing, with an existing network of influencers being a big plus!
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to monitor progress, identify areas for improvement, and adapt strategies to meet goals.
  • Excellent Communication: Top-notch written and verbal communication skills to build relationships and convey messages effectively.
  • Calendar Management Skills: Strong organizational skills to optimize livestream timing and align with TikTok campaigns and giveaways.
