Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of strategies to optimize model fine-tuning processes.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and project contributions.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate model improvements into broader applications.
- Monitor and evaluate model performance metrics to guide iterative enhancements.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with natural language processing techniques and frameworks related to language model development.
- Strong understanding of instruction fine-tuning methodologies and domain adaptation strategies.
- Ability to analyze and interpret model outputs to identify areas for improvement.
- Familiarity with programming languages commonly used in model development such as Python.
- Experience working with large datasets and managing data preprocessing for model training.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
