What the Job Is About:
You'll handle all sea import shipments make sure cargo arrives on time, gets cleared fast, talk to everyone involved, and finish all paperwork + internal steps.
What You Need:
- Bachelor's in Logistics, International Business, Supply Chain, or similar.
- 3 years of experience in logistics operations
- Know Incoterms, import docs, and Thai customs rules well.
- Good at talking & coordinating (in Thai + English).
- Can use MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); freight software = bonus.
- Super careful, responsible, and cool under pressure with many shipments.
Main Tasks:
- Take customer bookings and arrange air export shipments with airlines & agents.
- Contact overseas agents to get ETD (ship departure date), ETA (arrival date), and shipment updates.
- Talk to customers in Thailand give updates and make sure they're ready to pick up cargo.
- Work with shipping lines: enter B/L (Bill of Lading) info, track ship arrival, and get invoices for payment.
- Prepare documents to get the D/O (Delivery Order).
- Team up with customs team to plan cargo release and inform customers.
- Handle import payments work with accounting.
- Send invoices to customers and follow up on payment if needed.
