Job Description

Logistics Digitalization & Analytics Lead

Location: Bangkok

Reports To: Head of Distribution

Role Purpose

To lead the digital transformation and analytics initiatives within the logistics function, driving operational efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and innovation through technology adoption and advanced analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Digitalization Strategy & Execution

Develop and implement a logistics digitalization roadmap aligned with business goals.

Identify and deploy digital tools and platforms to optimize logistics operations

Digital initiative idea/competency and operate through the automatic logistic system

Analytics & Insights

Build and maintain logistics dashboards and reporting tools to monitor KPIs (e.g., delivery performance, cost efficiency, inventory turnover).

Identify and deploy digital tools and platforms to optimize logistics operations (e.g., GOLD, ATLAS, PARAGON, Greenmile, iTank, DataOnline TMS, WMS, IoT, automation and/or Driver App etc)

Conduct advanced data analysis to uncover trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.

Support predictive and prescriptive analytics initiatives to enhance logistics planning and execution.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Partner with cross-functional teams both internal and external customer (e.g., Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial, Sale, Customers) to align digital and analytics initiatives

Act as a change agent to promote digital mindset and data literacy across logistics teams.

Provide training and support to end-users on new tools and analytics capabilities.

Project Management

Lead digitalization and analytics projects from concept to implementation.

Manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

Monitor project outcomes and ensure continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Data Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or digital transformation roles.
  • Proven track record in implementing digital tools and analytics in logistics operations.
  • Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), SQL, and Python/R is a plus.
  • Experience with ERP, TMS, WMS systems and process automation technologies.
