Logistics Engineer

Job Responsibilities:
- Production & MRP Planning: Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules; manage MRP to ensure zero production downtime.
- Inventory & Storage Control: Oversee min/max inventory levels, control E&O (Excess & Obsolete) stock, manage EOP, and handle spare parts warehousing.
- Supplier & Freight Management: Manage supplier performance, issue PRR claims for defects/disruptions, and control premium freight costs.
- Data & System Integrity: Maintain PFEP parameters in ERP, control ECN material changes, and ensure BOM accuracy.
- Operations & Team Leadership: Oversee packaging design, handle financial reconciliations, enforce 5S and safety rules, and lead department staff.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (QAD preferred) and AutoCAD.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Familiarity with industry standards: IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and MMOG.
- Languages: Solid proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing).
- Core Competencies: Strong data analysis, coordination, teamwork, communication, and stress management.
