Location: Sembawang
Working Days: 5. 5 days A Week
Working hours : 8am - 5pm (Mon - Fri), 8am - 12pm (Sat)
Salary : $3,200 - $3,600 (depends on years of experience)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily logistics activities in ST1
- Ensure smooth and timely flow of goods across the supply chain
- Monitor logistics performance and resolve operational issues promptly
- Coordinate delivery schedules and optimize routes with transport
- Monitoring the overnight parking charges for the yard.
- Following up on the trailer jack at the site and submitting the document to the Accounts Dept to bill customers for overnight parking.
- Monitoring for all trailers/Vehicles due for inspection.
- Monitoring of all vehicles and trailers GPS.
- Daily update all trailers in the master list for all yards to ensure no trailers are missing and in control.
- Work closely with the Production team and internal coordinators to ensure smooth delivery operations and maintain an adequate supply of empty trailers to support production requirements.
- Assist to manage trailers parking space in ST1
- Weekly meeting with Project team regarding Trailer Overnight parking issue / Coupler issue and DO update status.
- Follow up with the driver and customer if any overtime is incurred.
- Production meeting on Mon/Wed and Fri.
- Liaise with ICA Customs if got any error submission
- Liaise with PSA for any related matters involving staff and drivers working in ST1
- Ensure staff and drivers compliance with regulatory, SOP, safety, and company policies
- Assist with stock takes and inventory counts
- Other ad hoc duties as and when assigned by the Head of Logistics
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O Level / Polytechnic Diploma
- Minimum 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment to understand operational workflows
- Prior experience in logistics, operations, or delivery coordination to enhance delivery efficiency
- Proficiency in basic computer applications such as email and Excel
