Job Title: Logistics Manager - Rayong, Thailand

Basic Function:
- General oversee to Logistics team in the Production planning, Material Planning, Purchasing, Logistics and Warehouse operation
- Day-to-day work activities to flow smoothly. Responsible for delivery and inventory control
- Take responsibility for the safety and behavior of any person who may at any time be under your supervision.
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area at all times.
- Comply with relevant aspects of IATF16949 & ISO 14001 and OE Standard or global policy requirement
- Compliance with company procedure and business principles.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- HSE leadership for self and team.
- Lead the team in all operational aspects: coach and train, and do performance appraisals.
- Oversee the production forecasts and detailed schedule for finished product manufacturing.
- Oversee Raw material procurement activity including inventory, timely arrival of local and imported rawmaterials and packaging.
- Responsible for ensuring high quality and reliability of suppliers. Manage Supplier development, evaluation &management.
- Manage the warehouse logistics (receipt - transfer to production - packaging - warehousing - shipping)strategy to minimize cost of storage and transportation.
- Manage the inventory of raw materials and finished goods to agreed targets. Oversee stock checking asrequired. Prepare stock reports with analysis and action plans.
- Manage the shipment vendor to meet a high delivery-to-promise rate with effective transportation costs.
- Manage Customs clearance processes for import and export; prepare documents accurately and manage 3rdparty interfaces.
- Manage local tollers in Thailand.
- Lead business process development, including identification and selection of IT solutions.
- Work with S&OP in the regional product and supply management function to develop strategic regionalsuppliers, cooperating on regional specifications and supply contracts.
Qualifications and Person Specification
- SAP experience is preferred
- knowledge in Polymer or injection business is prefrered

Education and Key Requirements:
- Bachelor degree
- At least 9 years of experience in function of Logistics/ warehousing/ purchasing and planning and at least 5years at management level.
- Good English skill, Have leadership and coaching skills.
