Salary : 80,000 - 100,000 THB

Responsibilities :

- Manage and optimize day-to-day logistics, warehousing, and distribution operations at the manufacturing plant.

- Oversee inventory management, ensuring accuracy, minimizing waste, and maintaining optimal stock levels for production and distribution.

- Coordinate with production, purchasing, and sales departments to streamline the supply chain workflow.

- Manage shipping, transportation, and delivery schedules to ensure on-time delivery to customers and distributors.

- Lead, mentor, and evaluate the factory's logistics and warehouse team.

- Monitor logistics costs and implement cost-reduction strategies without compromising quality or safety.

- Ensure all warehouse and logistics operations comply with safety regulations, company standards, and local laws.

Qualifications :

- Minimum of 10 years of overall experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management

- At least 5 years of hands-on logistics experience within a large-scale manufacturing environment (Major manufacturer background is highly preferred)

- 3 to 5 years of managerial or supervisory experience

- Business-level English
