Job Description:
- Propose and implement annual improvement activities to enhance efficiency and reduce costs, in collaboration with 3PL and IT to develop supporting systems.
- Support logistics planning related to investments and GA expense plans by monitoring and controlling warehouse operations.
- Review and monitor departmental expenses before submitting to logistics planning.
- Monitor transportation costs and manage tender processes periodically.
- Review initial package design reports prepared by the New Model team.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to improve packaging for sales expansion in compliance with Honda regulations.
- Update and apply relevant laws and regulations to packaging design and warehouse operations.
- Identify activities to reduce CO2 emissions from warehouse operations.
- Work with Sales and QC teams to achieve packaging design KPIs.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure packaging quality and standards are maintained.
- Collaborate with supervisors to guide and oversee 3PL performance.
- Other tasks as assigned from supervisor
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 14 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or packaging development (experience with 3PL management is a plus).
- Have knowledge of logistics planning, cost control, and warehouse operations is a plus
- Familiar with packaging design, regulations, and compliance standards (Honda regulation is an advantage).
- Basic understanding of environmental initiatives (e.g., CO2 reduction activities).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with ERP or logistics systems is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken). Toeic 650
