Job Description

This role is accountable for driving the SEA E2E physical logistics processes and operational delivery. It ensures product supply stability and high-quality customer service with targeted financial efficiency for SEA business. The main purpose of this role is to ensure excellent execution of the country specific physical logistics activities within the SEA markets and Thailand inbound.

The job holder acts as a copilot for market and country leadership teams and enables the deployment and development of strategies, especially with the customer facings logistics team. The job holder acts as a point of contact together with his team for co-packing, customs, warehousing and transport across the different markets/factories of the countries. This role will report to the SEA Supply Director and be a part of the SEA Supply Leadership Team.

Key Responsibilities

· Physical Logistics & Co-packing of the SEA cluster countries.

· Leads country RTM activities and is responsible for delivering on time and in full from all the distribution centres within the countries to all customers and consumers taking into account cost, quality, cash, service and CO2 measures

· Enable effective activity delivery, the job holder synchronises local, import, and factory physical logistics flows to enable best-in-class inbound and outbound flows in the countries.

· Is responsible for the emissions reporting and evolution of the CO2 emissions to drive company. and SEA best-in-class performance in sustainability.

· Leads the x-partner and supplier collaboration to be able to focus on the execution of the strategic channel management plans

· Develop resiliency and flexibility strategies for the physical transportation of our goods to be able to react and respond fast in terms of crisis.

· Manages stakeholders outside of the organization such as suppliers, distributors, industry partners and customers regarding on-time and truck fill topics. Drive supply chain transformation across SEA cluster which includes D2C business and evolution of RTM

· Manages co-pack operations from Thailand factories and any bundling activities done in the warehouses

· Feeds the right escalations into S&OP+ forums and the regional forums regarding copacking/service execution

· Ensures the right collaboration and connection between his team and all segment master data, supply, product availability and planning teams.

Customs

· Manages a team of customs experts to be able to Identify and anticipate sources of risk for the countries of operations

· Identifies opportunities for synergies across SEA country customs activities and streamlines customs management to work with different departments such as legal, corporate affairs and leadership teams.

· Brings recommendations and flags risks and opportunities in case of any crisis where company. or country business delivery is at risk.

· Works closely with SRA and legal teams to ensure governance and compliance with all customs regulations

Warehousing and Distribution

· Acts as a centre of expertise and reference for countries warehouse and network activities to constantly strive for a less costly and more sustainable network.

· Shares good practice and knowledge regarding opportunities and challenges coming from company's warehouse activities.

· Works with his team and our logistics partners to constantly deliver new innovative solutions for warehousing that are more autonomous and more sustainable.

Team Development

· Has a strong focus on his succession pipeline and the team's succession.

· Is responsible for developing talents and building efficient and capable teams consisting of line managers in multiple sub-functions, developing their capabilities and driving high team performance.

Context

This individual will lead a team of associates who are accountable for the physical logistics and co-pack operations for the SEA business.

As this role is part of a newly defined set-up of functional leadership within the market, they play a key role in ensuring all stakeholders are engaged and understand the scope and pace of the change.

Job Specifications/Qualifications

· Bachelor or Master in related fields – Supply Chain Management / Logistics Management

· 10+ years of experience in SC operations and processes

· Skilled team leader

· Knowledge of 3PL operations, Order to Cash processes, OMS systems and

· comfort with technology

· Proven strength in delivering results through multi-cultural/functional teams
