Logistics Operations Director / Senior Manager

岗位职责:

运营提效:统筹跨境物流全链路(订单—仓储—运输—清关)流程优化,降本增效,提升客户体验。

团队管理:负责操作团队搭建与管理,通过培训与考核提升团队效能;跨部门协同销售、客服,保障业务目标达成。

供应链协同:维护船东、港口及海外代理等关键资源,建立KPI考核机制;快速响应并解决运输途中的异常与突发事件。

合规风控:负责物流单证归档与数据追溯,紧跟国内外口岸政策变化,确保业务合规,防范运营风险。

数据决策:建立物流运营指标体系,定期复盘分析,为管理层提供数据支持与改进方案。

任职要求:

背景:本科及以上学历,物流/国贸相关专业;5年以上物流经验,含2年以上团队管理经验;精通跨境物流及进出港流程。

语言:英语听说读写流利,能作为工作语言进行海内外沟通。

能力:具备出色的战略规划、跨部门协调及抗压能力,能独立处理复杂运营问题。

素养:无不良从业记录,熟悉国际物流合规要求,责任心强,适应快节奏工作环境。

Responsibilities:

Strategy & Process Optimization: Develop and refine end-to-end logistics strategies. Continuously optimize workflows (order processing, consolidation, port coordination) to ensure seamless, cost-effective operations. Analyze bottlenecks and implement innovative solutions to boost efficiency and market competitiveness.

Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and mentor the operations team; allocate resources and foster a high-performance culture. Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Procurement to align logistics services with corporate objectives and ensure a superior customer experience.

Supply Chain Coordination: Manage key supply chain nodes (transportation, warehousing). Cultivate strategic partnerships with carriers, vendors, and overseas agents; conduct regular performance reviews. Act swiftly to resolve transit disruptions and ensure supply chain continuity.

Compliance & Risk Management: Oversee standardized documentation and data archiving for full traceability. Monitor global import/export regulations and adjust operational tactics to mitigate compliance risks and ensure regulatory adherence.

Data Analytics & Decision Support: Drive data analysis to establish KPIs and generate operational reports for management. Utilize insights to conduct business reviews, formulate improvement plans, and spearhead business upgrades.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related fields.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of logistics experience, including at least 2 years in a team management role. Extensive experience in cross-border logistics and multi-country operations is preferred. Deep understanding of import/export workflows is essential.

Language: Fluent in English (written & verbal) and Mandarin; capable of effective communication with global teams.

Core Competencies: Exceptional communication, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational oversight. Proven ability to lead teams independently and drive growth.

Compliance: Clean professional record. Familiarity with international logistics compliance requirements across different jurisdictions.
