Logistics Planner

Job Description

• Analyze raw material needs in MRP according to production requirements and customer demand.
• Create and review production plans based on customer demand, production capacity, and inventory levels under BPS standards.
• Contact and coordinate with suppliers to place orders, ensure timely shipment dispatch, and resolve supply issues (e.g., backlog, shortage, quality issues).
• Maintain and monitor raw material and finished goods inventory to ensure availability and meet inventory targets.
• Coordinate customs and logistics activities, including BOI processes, forwarders, and external warehouse receiving.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and planning teams to manage engineering changes, new product launches, and material transitions.
• Ensure correctness of long-term raw material forecasts and data accuracy in SAP/ProCon systems.
• Participate in improvement activities, provide ideas for process optimization, and perform other assignments from supervisor or team leader.
• Other assignments from supervisor.

Qualifications

Education Background:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (or higher) in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good command in English.
• At least 3 years in logistics field.
• Logical thinking, good analysis skills, systematic planning.
• Microsoft Office, SAP knowledge.
