Job Description
1 Inbound & Outbound, Domestic Logistics Execution
- Manage daily import and export shipments operations, fulfillment process for imported goods for Thailand markets.
- Coordinate transportation, customs clearance, and delivery activities with logistics service providers and ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor shipment status and resolve transportation, customs, and delivery issues proactively.
- Ensure on-time delivery and minimize logistics disruptions.
- Movement of physical goods like loading & unloading, move the goods from office to service center, vice versa.
2 Customs & Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure Thailand Customs requirements are met, Customs declaration process and regulation, including any other unique requirements from Thailand authorities.
- Prepare, review, validate and manage documentation such as invoices, packing lists, catalogs, permits, and official letters in both English and Thai.
- Handle Internationalimport/export (Permanent or Temporary) and domestic special requirement processes for our products and services.
- Support customs audits, investigations, and compliance reviews.
- Monitor and update changes in Thailand customs policies, regulations, and duty/tax requirements.
- Ensure export control compliance requirements are implemented, monitored, and maintained in accordance with Keysight policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance and support on import and export operations, including resolving regulatory issues related to HTS classification and other trade compliance matters.
- Conduct on-site export control compliance reviews and implement process improvements or establish new compliance processes where required.
3 Freight & Logistics Management
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, brokers, carriers, and 3rd party providers.
- Monitor freight costs and transportation performance.
- Support carrier selection and logistics service improvement initiatives.
- Escalate and resolve shipment exceptions, delays, and customs holds.
4 Inventory & Data Management
- Maintain inventory accuracy using Keysight systems for goods receipt and issuance.
- Conduct inventory audits and reconcile daily deliveries and shipments.
5 Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes, service levels, and operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain logistics SOPs and work instructions.
- Support automation and system enhancement projects.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce lead time and logistics costs.
6 Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare logistics KPI reports and management updates.
- Analyze shipment trends, transportation performance, and operational risks.
- Track logistics metrics such as: On-time delivery, Customs clearance lead time, Service provider performance & Shipment delays
7 Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with cross functional teams, Service & Support, Regulatory, Quality Assurance, and Commercial teams to fulfill customer requirements.
- Support internal cross functional team with required logistics to manage import & export related documentation, processes and tasks.
- Perform safety inspections and visual checks on all received goods prior to issuance or handover to the relevant team
8 System Integration & Process Optimization
- Participate in Keysight system efforts to ensure synchronization between upstream and downstream systems.
- Support enhancements for logistics automation and milestone tracking.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Trade, related disciplines
Experience
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as well
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, import/export, or customs operations.
- Experience managing Thailand import and export activities.
- Strong knowledge of Thailand Customs regulations and trade compliance requirements. Knowledge of BOI (Board of Investment) privileges.
- Experience in a multinational manufacturing or high-tech environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with export control and trade compliance requirements is a plus.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Logistics systems & process, ERP system and customs & shipping documentation.
