Job Description
Job Responsibilities ():
- Material management () 1Get to familiar with all material management related processes, including goods receipt, counting, storage, (distribution) packaging and delivery ( () ) 2Get to familiar with handling of every warehouse slip and document, to guarantee correct information exchange ( ) 3Be familiar with packaging and delivery process to guarantee on time delivery. () 4Good sense of production safety. Be capable to find out potential safety risks within own function. ( )
- Data processing 1Make sure that daily SAP booking is done timely and accurately. Has basic capability of problem solving ( SAP ) 2Use office software, such as Word, Excel etc., and is capable to create comparatively complicated reports ( Word, Excel Power point ) 3In case of any problems with the data or information, communicate with colleagues actively and provide timely feedback to superior and track the afterwards progress till final resolution ( ) 4Archive warehouse documents timely and in a reasonable manner ()
- Leadership () 1Understand the requirements of the team comprehensively and allocate tasks to team members reasonably, to ensure the effectiveness of operation ( ) 2Effective communication and coordination with other relevant departments to solve problems in the day-to-day work () 3Coaching and monitoring of team members work. Summary of team performance and timely report to superior ( ) 4Provide adequate business process/ working instruction training to team members, per superior request (/ ) (5Get to familiar with all related EHS processes. Provide safety training and provide timely feedback of safety risks exists in the working areas ( ) 6Assist superior to track special events () 7Provide information and data to superior at request () 8Arrange a team to Assist supervisor to implement performance management of the team members ()

Qualification ()
- Vocational certificate or above (. )
- Forklift driving license 2 years driving practice ( 2 )
- At least 2 years warehouse working experience ( 2 )
- Use Office and SAP skillfully ( Microsoft Office SAP )
- Has knowledge of SAP WMMM module. Be capable to analyze report ( SAP WM )
- Be good in leadership skill ()
- Be familiar with warehouse process and has basic knowledge of production process ()
- Be good at communication and analyzing ()
- Know EHS processes well and has strong sense of EHS ( EHS EHS)
