Specific Responsibilities
- Plan and arrange logistics import shipments.
- Support simplification and standardization of processes to accelerate logistics and enhance efficiencies.
- Ensure to process orders and on-time delivery by network of courier companies and warehouses.
- Ensure effective and timely implementation of all Logistics daily operational goals inclusive of Shipping functions.
- Develop and initiate monthly reports having required project timelines, corporate metrics and productivity measurements.
- Analyze and log purchase orders commensurate to existing stock availability and reduce shipping cost.
- Establish and manage relations with warehouses, freight forwarder, customs broker, drayage providers, sales force, government officer and customers.
- Handle all permission request/submission concerned import shipments such as EEI, TISI, Excise and etc..
- Identify enhancement opportunities and suggest solutions for improvement to the manager.
- Assist audits of vendor invoices and month-end processing to incorporate finance accruals.
- Support team to develop, articulate and maintain logistic process documentation.
Requirements
Skills and Knowledge
- Basic Knowledge of Freight forwarding and Shipping process.
- Logistics management, tax privileges and shipment management skill
- Documentary management
- Communication and negotiation skill
- Knowledge of MS Office, ERP (W/H module) e.g. SAP.
- Knowledge of TISI permit, Excise, EEI would be advantage

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration or any related field.
- Proven work experiences as Logistics Supervisor at least 3 years.
- Strong verbal and written communication, analytical, organizational and customer service skills
