About the Role

Sycomp is seeking a Logistics Specialist to join our growing APAC operations team in Bangkok, Thailand. This position plays a critical role in supporting import/export operations, customs compliance, freight coordination, warehouse activities, and customer delivery commitments across Thailand.

This is an excellent opportunity for a logistics professional who enjoys working in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. You'll collaborate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, suppliers, warehouse teams, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure shipments are delivered accurately, compliantly, and on time.

Beyond traditional logistics coordination, this role also includes hands-on warehouse support and offers the opportunity to contribute to process improvements and regional logistics initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate import, export, domestic transportation, courier, air freight, and ocean freight shipments within Thailand.
• Support customs clearance activities and ensure compliance with Thailand import/export regulations.
• Prepare, review, and maintain shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, AWBs, BOLs, customs declarations, and permits.
• Work closely with freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to manage shipment execution.
• Track shipments proactively and communicate risks, delays, customs holds, and delivery updates.
• Resolve shipment discrepancies, damaged cargo issues, documentation errors, and delivery exceptions.
• Support inbound and outbound warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory checks, labeling, packing, stock counts, and shipment staging.
• Maintain accurate logistics, inventory, and customer delivery records within company systems.
• Contribute to process improvements focused on compliance, visibility, warehouse efficiency, and cost optimization.
• Partner with regional logistics teams to support customer delivery commitments across Thailand and the broader APAC region.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, customs brokerage, import/export operations, warehouse operations, or supply chain coordination.
• Strong understanding of Thailand customs procedures, shipping documentation, and import/export regulations.
• Experience working with freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, suppliers, and warehouse partners.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities simultaneously.
• Thai language fluency and business-level English communication skills.
• A hands-on team player willing to support both logistics coordination and warehouse activities when required.

Preferred Experience

• IT hardware, technology distribution, data center, or project-based logistics environments.
• Bonded warehouse, BOI, Free Zone, ASEAN FTA, RCEP, or Certificate of Origin processes.
• Regional APAC logistics operations.
• Warehouse inventory control, receiving, labeling, packaging, and shipment discrepancy management.
