Your Job
In this individual contribution position, you will be responsible for all Logistics duties while the responsibilities markets are export countries, domestics and etc. The successful candidate must pay strong attention to details in order to oversee daily logistics operations for superior service level and meet customer expectation. Excellent problem-solving skills are preferred.
Our Team
You will be reporting to the Logistics Manager and be part of the team to support for both Rayong and Saraburi plant.
What You Will Do
- Manage efficiency of vessel booking/truck management for various export countries all over the world/ domestics.
- Handle the most reasonable freight cost and match the vessel schedule with customer's expectation.
- Manage and monitor the accuracy of shipping documents.
- Coordinate with Customs service providers and Transporters to support our shipments
- Coordination and execution of department plan towards achieving the target.
- Drive the safety vision with all subcontractors who work for us.
- Must work for both Guardian Rayong and Guardian Saraburi plants while required to base in Rayong plant.
- Advance our company culture PBM (Principle Based Management) as well as the guiding principles.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain or any related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience of logistics, import & export process, background in the industrial environment is a must.
- High level of responsibility with entrepreneurial thinking and action.
- Good command in both Thai & English.
- Good in MS-Office applications.
- Good in logical thinking, problem solving and analytical.
- High commitment, initiative, and reliability.
- Must be able to work based at Rayong plant and travel to Saraburi (Nong Khae) plant when required.
