As Senior Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for managing activities related to government authorities, including the Excise Department, Department of Industrial Works (DIW), Department of Foreign Trade, and other regulatory agencies. This includes preparing and submitting required reports, managing license applications and renewals, and coordinating with relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance.

What will you do

  • Manage Excise Department reporting requirements, including daily and monthly inventory movement reports, to ensure full regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate product and raw material testing with the Excise Laboratory, monitor testing progress, communicate results, and maintain system updates for cross-functional stakeholder
  • Support the Trade Compliance team in obtaining licenses and regulatory approvals from the Department of Industrial Works (DIW), including document preparation, submission, and coordination with relevant authorities.
  • Manage Free Trade Agreement (FTA) applications to secure tax privileges for exports to eligible countries. Monitor changes in relevant costs and requirements, ensure timely renewal of privileges, and maintain compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Support Board of Investment (BOI) activities, including annual reporting, data preparation, and compliance documentation. Monitor and control inventory movements for materials and products under BOI privileges to ensure regulatory compliance and inventory accuracy.

What are we looking for

Experience: 4+ years of experience in Trade Compliance, Customs, Excise, Regulatory Affairs, or a related function within a manufacturing environment. Experience in the chemical industry is preferred.

Language: Excellent English skills both written & verbal

Location: Reasonable commuting distance to Rayong
