Job Summary

Job Responsibilities
- Assist with the coordination of incoming and outgoing shipments, including data entry and documentation.
- Support inventory management activities, such as stock checks, cycle counts, and reconciliation.
- Learn and apply company procedures for warehousing, material handling, and storage optimization.
- Participate in the analysis of logistics data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal departments regarding delivery schedules and material status.
- Support the preparation of reports related to logistics performance, inventory levels, and shipping activities.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies related to logistics and warehouse operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the logistics department.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
