Job Description
- The role is responsible for managing logistics performance and operational governance across SPX and external logistics partners, including SLA monitoring, performance analysis, and issue resolution.
- The position works closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive operational improvements, vendor performance management, and process optimization initiatives.
- Key responsibilities include supporting strategic projects, automation implementation, performance reporting, and business analysis to enhance logistics efficiency, service quality, and overall buyer and seller experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
- 1-3 years of experience in logistics, e-commerce, operations, vendor management, or consulting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets proficiency.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
