Key Responsibilities
You will support the Accounting Manager and team to ensure that operations run smoothly, and your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Manage accounts receivable and issue accurate invoices and billing documents.
- Record customer payments and related transactions in the accounting system.
- Follow up on outstanding payments in accordance with agreed credit terms.
- Reconcile accounts receivable and related bank accounts.
- Prepare aging reports and monitor receivable status.
- Verify payment documents, receipts, and withholding tax certificates.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Coordinate with customers, the sales team, and internal departments.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting or related field
- New graduates are welcome
- 1-3 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting is a plus
- Strong understanding of accounting principles.
- Good command of MS Excel and Microsoft 365.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude, able to work independently and in a team.
- Strong communication skills and business integrity.
- Knowledge of local tax (VAT) regulations.
