Loss Prevention, Executive

Responsibilities:

1. To reduce risks and safeguard company assets, create and oversee the organization's loss prevention systems.
2. Create and manage workplace safety activities in accordance with regulatory and corporate guidelines.
3. To guarantee a safe and secure environment, oversee and manage the security staff and system.
4. Create and implement emergency response and crisis management plans for various scenarios.
5. Manage internal traffic operations to maintain order and ensure safety across company premises.
6. Oversee the performance of third-party security service providers to ensure alignment with company standards.
7. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal security and safety protocols.
8. Support and coordinate special projects related to building and facility management as assigned.
9. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by manager

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field such as Business Administration, Occupational Health and Safety, or Facility Management.
2. At least 1 year of managerial experience or 3 years of supervisory experience in facility operations, security, or loss prevention, ideally in the retail or service sectors.
3. Strong knowledge of loss prevention strategies, security operations, and emergency response procedures.
4. Familiar with relevant legal and regulatory requirements regarding safety and security.
5. Strong planning and organizational skills in loss prevention management.
6. Risk assessment and risk management capabilities.
7. Problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.
8. Effective leadership and resource management abilities.

Working day: Monday - Saturday
