Job Description

The Partnership & Community Manager is responsible for driving strategic partnerships with luxury brands and lifestyle providers, building and nurturing an exclusive community of high-net-worth customers, and executing innovative brand activation campaigns and events. This role plays a key part in enhancing customer engagement, elevating the luxury shopping experience, and increasing sales by fostering strong relationships and delivering premium, memorable experiences within the mall.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Partnership Development

  • Identify and secure strategic partners from luxury, financial, and lifestyle sectors aligned with mall positioning.
  • Lead negotiations and manage high-value collaborations to create business impact.
  • Strengthen partner relationships to increase quality traffic and premium spending.
  • Coordinate partnership agreements and cross-promotions.

Community Engagement

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow a loyal luxury customer community.
  • Curate exclusive events and experiences for members to ensure exceptional engagement.
  • Analyze feedback and insights to refine programs and enhance satisfaction.

Brand Activation & Events

  • Plan and deliver luxury brand activations, experiential campaigns, and exclusive events.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless, high-impact executions.
  • Track and report performance to optimize future initiatives.

Strategic Planning & Reporting

  • Develop monthly activation and partnership plans aligned with customer insights and business goals.
  • Monitor KPIs across partnerships, events, and engagement metrics; report to management.
  • Stay abreast of luxury market trends to recommend innovative strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in partnership, brand activation, or community management within luxury retail or similar environments.
  • Proven success in cross-functional leadership and results-driven project delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of luxury retail, CRM, and customer engagement.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills in Thai & English.
  • Strategic mindset with creativity, adaptability, and customer-centric focus.
  • Detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about premium experiences.
  • Candidates with strong connections in high-net-worth communities will be given special consideration.
