The role will be responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with luxury brand tenants to ensure long-term partnership, sustainable growth, and an elevated customer experience. This role requires a strong understanding of luxury retail standards, business acumen, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional activities including marketing support, sales growth initiatives, and event/project management.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with luxury tenants, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Monitor tenant sales performance and provide insights, recommendations, and solutions to drive growth.
- Collaborate with tenants and internal marketing teams to develop and execute co-branded campaigns, seasonal promotions, and mall-wide initiatives.
- Lead and oversee luxury brand events, store openings, and exclusive activities to enhance brand presence and customer traffic.
- Ensure tenants comply with mall operational standards, visual merchandising guidelines, and brand image requirements.
- Stay updated with luxury retail trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in luxury retail management, tenant relations, or brand management (Luxury / Fashion/ Jewelry preferred).
- Strong understanding of the luxury market and customer expectations.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven track record in driving sales growth and managing marketing initiatives.
- Fluent in Thai and English (spoken & written).
- Well-presented, professional demeanor suitable for luxury brand engagement.
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Organized
- Strong leadership skills
