The M&A Legal Compliance Officer will play a key role in supporting our company's growth strategy through the management of legal and compliance risks associated with mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions. This role requires a deep understanding of M&A processes, corporate law, and regulatory compliance.

1. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies during M&A transactions.
2. Conduct due diligence investigations and risk assessments.
3. Draft, review, and negotiate M&A transaction documents.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deal execution.
5. Manage relationships with external legal counsel and other professional advisors.
6. Keep abreast of legislative changes that may affect the company and its affiliates.

1. A minimum of 3 years of legal/compliance experience, with a focus on M&A transactions.
