Job Description

  • Daily checking and approving repair estimates.
  • Controlling and expediting vendors to repair equipment according to their capacity.
  • Coordinate with Regional MNR for the estimates of repair exceeding local limit
  • Daily monitor MNR performance of all appointed depots.
  • Minimizing repair costs while ensuring all units meet ZIM criteria.
  • Responsible for 3rd party claim damage after consignee return empty container at our depot.
  • Manage relationships with depots to streamline processes.
  • Collaborate closely with customer service team to ensure all exceptional cases are resolved promptly.
  • Implement advanced technologies to improve daily tasks and reports.
  • Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.

Requirements:

  • University Degree and 2 years of experience in the maritime industry or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Good interpersonal and problem-solving skill
  • Positive attitude
  • Microsoft office knowledge
