M&E Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced M&E Coordinator with strong expertise in mechanical and electrical works to join our construction team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of local experience in coordinating M&E services for building and infrastructure projects. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth project execution, compliance with regulatory requirements, and effective collaboration between consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.

• Key Responsibilities
  Coordinate and oversee all M&E works to ensure alignment with design specifications, project schedule, and quality standards.
  Review technical drawings, shop drawings, and construction plans to identify discrepancies and provide solutions.
  Liaise with consultants, architects, subcontractors, and project managers to resolve technical and site issues.
  Ensure compliance with Singapore building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  Monitor M&E progress on site, track work schedules, and prepare progress reports.
  Attend project meetings and provide technical input on M&E matters.
  Support testing, commissioning, and handover of M&E systems.
  Need to issue MR for qs to order materials.

• Requirements
  Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent).
  Minimum 5 years of relevant M&E coordination experience in Singapore construction projects.
  Strong knowledge of local codes, regulations, and submission procedures.
  Proficient in reviewing drawings and technical specifications.
  Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
  Able to work independently and as part of a project team.
