The M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating all Mechanical and Electrical works throughout the project lifecycle, from construction and installation through testing, commissioning and final handover. The role works closely with the Site Project Manager to ensure all M&E activities are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with corporate standards, regulatory requirements and project specifications.
As a M&E Manager, We Rely on You To
- Lead and manage all M&E works throughout the project lifecycle, including testing and commissioning
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, government authorities, corporate teams, and end users on all M&E matters
- Review M&E submissions, technical proposals, and contractor deliverables
- Resolve coordination issues across M&E, interior fit-out, architectural, and structural works
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and contract requirements
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality, and contractor performance in collaboration with the Construction/Project Manager
- Manage project close-out activities, including testing & commissioning, system handover, as-built documentation, O&M manuals, and warranty records
We Are Looking for Someone With
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline
- 12–15 years of experience managing large-scale M&E projects, ideally within hospitality or premium commercial developments in Thailand
- Good track record delivering hotel projects, including projects in live or partially operational environments
- Experience in client-side, consultancy, project management, or developer organizations
- Expertise in M&E refurbishment, phased upgrade projects, and coordination with operational stakeholders
- Solid understanding of local building codes, licensing requirements, construction practices, and labor dynamics
- Solid leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, problem-solving, and project control skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD
