This role is with our client, a global leader in cloud and AI. As an AI Specialist Solutions Architect, you will act as a senior technical partner to customers adopting Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Agentic technologies. Your mandate is to design and scale production-ready AI solutions on the cloud that are secure, cost-effective, high-performing, and directly tied to business value.
What You'll Drive
- Customer Partnership: Serve as a trusted technical advisor to organizations of all sizes. Guide customers through their AI journey — from early experimentation to scaled production — ensuring they realize measurable impact from GenAI, ML, and Agentic capabilities.
- Architecture & Strategy: Lead the technical relationship with customers. Provide clear, actionable guidance on security, cost, performance, reliability, and operational excellence for mission-critical AI workloads.
- Product Advocacy: Channel customer insights back to product and engineering teams to influence the future direction of cloud AI and Agentic offerings.
- Solution Design: Translate complex business problems into well-architected, cloud-native AI solutions. Define reusable patterns and reference architectures for GenAI, ML, and Agentic use cases across industries.
- Community & Evangelism: Develop and share best practices through white papers, code samples, blogs, and open-source contributions. Educate the market through workshops, user groups, speaking engagements, and conferences.
- Technical Enablement: Lead hands-on architectural deep dives and workshops. Build internal and external technical assets that raise the bar for the broader solutions community.
Capabilities We're Looking For
- Proven Delivery of AI at Scale: Demonstrated success designing and implementing distributed applications and production AI systems. Deep, hands-on experience across the AI stack — including LLM/multi-modal foundation model integration, fine-tuning, distributed inference, RAG, vector databases, agentic workflows, prompt/context engineering, and MLOps.
- Cloud AI Expertise: Practical experience building secure, private AI environments using services like AWS Bedrock, AgentCore, and SageMaker, or equivalent platforms. Strong grasp of RAG implementations leveraging embeddings, vector stores, and semantic search.
- Executive Communication: Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences — from engineers to C-level decision makers — and influence without authority.
- Technical Leadership: Track record of leading complex initiatives and defining solution strategies that balance pragmatism with long-term extensibility and operational excellence.
- Domain Fluency: Comfort architecting AI systems for regulated or security-sensitive environments such as Financial Services, Healthcare, or Public Sector is a strong advantage.
