We are seeking an experienced Maintenance and Engineering Manager to reinforce our Maintenance and Engineering Team and business requirements.

What you will be doing :

Controlling the preventive maintenance program according to the schedule and time required.

Coordinating with planning and production to minimize machine down time.

Improving machine performance to produce good quality products and productivity.

Controlling the maintenance cost and spare part according to budget.

Improving team members skills & workmanship through training and practice.

Providing & maintaining utility and workshop facilities.

Managing energy saving programs and ISO 50001 & developing projects for saving.

Following up government support programs & regulation and informing top management.

Who we are looking for :

Bachelor's Degree or above in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) or related field.

Having minimum of 10 years experience in manufacturing or production engineering with at least 2-3 years in leadership roles.

Good command of English (spoken and written).

Having ability of multitasks, root cause analysis, problem solving and negotiation skills, team-oriented and ability to work under pressure.

Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal skills, presentation and facilitation skills, and people management skills.

Able to work both independently and as a member of a team.
