- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on laboratory equipment to ensure testing readiness, equipment reliability, and proper upkeep of service records and technical documentation.
- Manage and coordinate equipment calibration, working closely with approved calibration suppliers and supporting the Lab Manager to maintain testing accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with external vendors for troubleshooting and repair, ensuring minimal downtime and uninterrupted lab operations.
- Maintain equipment, utilities, and facility areas in accordance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and the ISO 17025 laboratory management system.
- Prepare monthly performance reports, including Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), Mean Time to Repair (MTTR), and preventive/corrective maintenance summaries for management review.
- Identify and implement process and equipment improvements to enhance reliability, testing efficiency, and overall lab performance.
