  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze primary equipment downtime to identify trends, performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to implement long-term corrective actions.
  • Preventive & Predictive Maintenance: Develop and execute comprehensive maintenance schedules and inspections, specifically for warehouse sorting systems and automated machinery, to ensure peak operational readiness.
  • Project Management: Lead the planning, installation, and commissioning of new equipment, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to technical specifications.
  • Operational Excellence: Minimize unplanned breakdowns through proactive troubleshooting and the implementation of a data-driven maintenance culture.
  • Compliance & Safety: Actively support and enforce Corporate Safety (EHS), Environmental, and Quality Management Systems to maintain a zero-incident workplace.
  • Cost Management: Monitor and optimize maintenance budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising equipment reliability or safety.
  • Continuous Improvement: Generate and manage system change documentation (MOC) to enhance machine efficiency, performance, and reliability.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of technicians, conducting performance evaluations and providing technical guidance to ensure departmental KPIs are met.

Requirements

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 0-5 years of industrial maintenance or plant engineering. Fresh graduation is welcome.
  • Technical Proficiency: knowledge of industrial machinery and automated sorting systems.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Autodesk AutoCAD) for layout design and technical documentation.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of local and international mechanical codes, safety regulations, and legal compliance standards.
  • Soft Skills: * Strong leadership presence with the ability to manage and motivate a technical team.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills under high-pressure situations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across departments.
  • Adaptability: Highly agile and flexible, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment.
  • Language Skills: Professional working proficiency in English (technical reading of manuals and effective communication with international vendors).
