Preventive & Predictive Maintenance: Develop and execute comprehensive maintenance schedules and inspections, specifically for warehouse sorting systems and automated machinery, to ensure peak operational readiness.
Project Management: Lead the planning, installation, and commissioning of new equipment, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to technical specifications.
Operational Excellence: Minimize unplanned breakdowns through proactive troubleshooting and the implementation of a data-driven maintenance culture.
Compliance & Safety: Actively support and enforce Corporate Safety (EHS), Environmental, and Quality Management Systems to maintain a zero-incident workplace.
Cost Management: Monitor and optimize maintenance budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising equipment reliability or safety.
Continuous Improvement: Generate and manage system change documentation (MOC) to enhance machine efficiency, performance, and reliability.
Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of technicians, conducting performance evaluations and providing technical guidance to ensure departmental KPIs are met.
Requirements
Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
Experience: Minimum of 0-5 years of industrial maintenance or plant engineering. Fresh graduation is welcome.
Technical Proficiency: knowledge of industrial machinery and automated sorting systems.
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Autodesk AutoCAD) for layout design and technical documentation.
Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of local and international mechanical codes, safety regulations, and legal compliance standards.
