- Strong experience in Production Quality Engineering, ensuring high standards in manufacturing processes
- Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Process Engineering, and Optimization techniques to drive efficiency and reduce waste
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for designing and modeling production systems and layouts
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Project (MSP) and Project Management to plan, schedule, and lead cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of Technology SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) and familiarity with HPS (High-Performance Systems) for continuous improvement
- Proficiency in speaking Thai is required
