We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee and manage maintenance activities within our PCB manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will ensure that all machinery and equipment are functioning efficiently and safely, enhancing production uptime and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies and procedures to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Oversee a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support in troubleshooting and repair tasks.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of equipment and facilities to ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption to operations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of spare parts.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes and reduce downtime.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949 standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Electrical Power, Electronics, Mechanics, or related fields.
- 5 to 15 years of relevant experience in a PCB manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance practices and methodologies.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949 standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
