Maintenance Mechanical Engineer

Job Description

• Take a lead on MAE's mechanical problem solving & solution implementation in shopfloor.
• Provide MAE's mechanical details & issue MAE's mechanical standard document for
  Maintenance.
• Work with spare part team to ensure availability of critical spare part for equipment and machines.
• Work with associates of other departments for machine & quality improvement.
• Train and transfer technical knowledge and skill to maintenance technician.
• Support the cost reduction activity by providing innovative ideas that related to mechanical topics.
• Control and monitor MTTR and MTBF performance indicators to meet targets, particularly in mechanical systems.

Qualifications

Education Background:

• Bachelor or master graduation with Mechanical engineer.

Qualifications:

• Intermediate or advancedin English.
• Above 3 years experience in machinery maintenance.
• Have strong experience in solving the mechanical problem of machine or improving machine design.
• Have deep unstanding in MAE's mechanical drawing & Pneumatic diagram.
• Have deep knowledge and skill in machine alignment concept.
• Leadership skill.
• Strong mechanical skill & knowledge, especially in Pneumatic system, Transportation system, Linear movement etc.
• Deep knowledge in instrument tools for mechanical adjustment.
• Strong problem solving and systematic thinking skill.
• Strong teamwork skill.
