Job Description
- Lead and manage a technical team to ensure smooth operations and production efficiency.
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimise downtime.
- Monitor and optimise equipment performance to meet production targets.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyse technical issues and provide effective solutions promptly.
- Oversee staff training and development to enhance team capabilities.
- Prepare technical reports and present findings to senior management.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience supervising maintenance teams in manufacturing or FMCG food environments.
- Knowledge of regulatory and quality frameworks (e.g., FDA, FSSC, IFS, BRC).
- Strong technical understanding of machinery, utilities, and rootcause analysis.
- Proficient computer skills (Excel, Outlook) and basic engineering math capability.
- Strong interpersonal communication, coaching ability, and crossteam collaboration skills.
- Fluent in Thai with good command of English.
