Job Description

• Performed machine repair and troubleshooting to ensure 24/7 production continuity.
• Conducted root cause analysis and implemented effective countermeasures on the shop floor.
• Executed preventive maintenance and TPM as planned, driving continuous improvement.
• Applied strong mechanical troubleshooting skills to resolve equipment issues quickly.
• Supported solution of machine electrical issues across the manufacturing area.
• Prepared daily operation reports and breakdown analysis for management decision-making.
• Developed Work Instructions (WI) and delivered On-the-Job Training (OJT) for maintenance activities.

Qualifications

Education Background:

• Diploma / bachelor's degree in Machine Tool Technology, specializing in Tool and Die & Injection Molding.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in mechanical or related field.
• Basic in English.
• At least 2 years experience in maintenance job of automotive industry.
• Diploma at least 4 years experience in Mechanical.
• Engineer at least 2 years experience in Mechanical Engineer.
• Good Attitude.
• Able to work under high pressure.
• Deliver full spectrum of Maintenance services to shopfloor operations.
• Problem solving skill.
• Technical knowledge & skill in maintenance job.
• Knowledge & skill in Preventive maintenance and TPM.
• Teamwork and service mind.
• Teamwork and coordination with other departments.
• Mechanical Design skill (Solidwork ,NX ,Inventor).
