We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our maintenance department to ensure the optimal performance of all production machinery, including cutting, crimping, molding, shrinking, and welding equipment. This role is critical in minimizing downtime, driving continuous improvement, and upholding the highest standards of safety and quality through the effective implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
- Maintenance Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the maintenance team, including technicians and mechanics.
- Schedule and assign daily maintenance tasks, preventive maintenance (PM), and repair work orders.
- Foster a proactive and collaborative team environment focused on safety and efficiency.
2.Hands-On Machine Troubleshooting & Repair:
- Serve as the primary technical expert for troubleshooting complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues on production equipment.
- Perform hands-on repairs and adjustments to minimize machine downtime.
3.Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Implementation:
- Champion the TPM program across the plant, driving the pillars of Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, and Focused Improvement.
- Develop and optimize Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules and checklists.
4.Safety, Compliance & Spare Parts Management:
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company safety policies and legal regulations.
- Promote a Safety First culture within the maintenance team.
- Manage the spare parts inventory, ensuring critical components are available while optimizing inventory costs.
5.Continuous Improvement:
- Lead and participate in Kaizen activities to improve equipment reliability, efficiency, and product quality.
- Identify opportunities for machine upgrades and modifications to enhance performance.
