About The Role
The main purpose of this role is to repair, preventive and improve production machine to ensure productivity, quality, safety and cost as site KPI's by supervise, plan & control staff and contractors vs workload and assignment and comply with quality, safety policy and Reckitt regulation. Including train and supervise to improve skill/knowledge/work standard on staffs and contractors.
Your responsibilities
- Repair and troubleshoot Secondary machines.
- Perform preventive maintenance to improve machine performance.
- Use mechanical and electrical skills to solve equipment issues.
- Analyze data to improve reliability, quality, safety, and energy efficiency.
- Ensure staff and contractors follow Reckitt safety, environmental, 5S, and GMP standards.
- Manage work orders and machine history in the CMMS system.
- Update maintenance SOPs and recommend improvements.
- Identify required spare parts and maintain proper stock.
- Supervise and train staff and contractors to improve technical skills.
- Encourage the team to suggest improvement ideas.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, EHS, Supply Tech, and R&D.
- Support tasks required to meet site KPIs.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
The experience we're looking for
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related engineering field.
- 35 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG.
- Experience supervising technical or maintenance teams is an advantage.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance and machine reliability improvement.
- Experience using CMMS systems.
- Understanding of 5S, GMP, and safety standards.
- Good leadership and team supervision ability.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and coordination with crossfunctional teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
