Maintenance (Technician)

WHA1, Rayong

Responsibilities:

1. Performpreventivemaintenance(PM)andcorrectivemaintenance(CM)formachineryandequipment.
2. Troubleshootandrepairmechanical,electrical,andautomationsystemstoensuresmoothproductionoperations.
3. Supportproductionlinesbyminimizingmachinedowntimeandimprovingoperationalefficiency.
4. Conductdailymachineinspectionsandmaintainmaintenancerecordsaccurately.
5. Coordinatewithproductionandengineeringteamsregardingmaintenanceactivitiesandmachineissues.
6. Controlandmanagesparepartsusage,includinginventorymonitoringandstockrecords.
7. EnsureallmaintenanceactivitiescomplywithEHSandworkplacesafetystandards.
8. Supportinstallation,setup,andtestingofnewmachineryandequipment.
9. Preparemaintenancereportsandrelatedtechnicaldocumentation.
10. Performotherdutiesasassignedbysupervisor.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related fields.
2. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in maintenance operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
3. Knowledge of PLC systems, automation systems, or electrical systems will be an advantage.
4. Ability to read machine drawings, technical diagrams, and electrical schematics.
5. Able to communicate in Chinese for daily work operations.
6. Good problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
