THE ROLE
This role is working as technical and process leader in production department. Be business partner with operation manager to deliver robust machine, and technical process supporting production output and goals
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead Production Performance improvement
- Scrap or Waste Loss from production and related System
- Quality Outage
- Product Out-put rate in production system by optimized planned loss needed
- Staff Utilization with work optimization
- Production work process/system – Process control, Equipment Condition and parameter monitoring system
- Lead analysis when process or equipment failure for root cause understanding, implement countermeasure action for both immediate and systematic solutions (Analytical Problem Solving)
- Maintain and deploy Technical Standards/Procedures for operation team to consistently sustain operation performance per improvement made
- Prepare and deploy training package for production team to be able to operate with the new improvement
- Track and monitor improvement made until stabilize and sustain as on-going production
- Be Initiative launch Production Leader to ensure readiness (Impact and countermeasure plan) in production area to enable successful of initiative product made and optimized since Day one of new initiatives product launch
ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health and Safety Management) & ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management)
- Leadership & Strategy: Implement and ensure compliance with both the Health and Safety Management System (HSMS) and Environmental Management System (EMS) in alignment with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
- Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Oversee the identification of risks and hazards, ensuring proper risk evaluations and the development of mitigation measures for health, safety, and environmental impacts.
- Goal Setting & Performance Monitoring: Define, track, and align health, safety, and environmental performance objectives, where applicable, ensuring team goals are achieved and continually improved.
- Compliance & Legal Responsibility: Ensure adherence to all applicable legal requirements, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards, and address any non-compliance issues.
- Safety & Environmental Culture: Foster a culture of safety and environmental awareness, lead by example, and motivate employees to prioritize health, safety, and sustainability in their work.
- Sustainability & Continuous Improvement: Lead sustainability initiatives, monitor environmental metrics (e.g., energy, waste), and ensure continuous improvement by analyzing data and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Employee Engagement & Training: Ensure employees are properly trained and engaged in health, safety, and environmental practices to minimize risks and support organizational sustainability efforts.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Engineering background on any fields, preferable Chemical/Industrial/Mechanical
- Analytical skill for statistics, data and trend analysis, with Logical thinking skill for root cause conclusion and action plan (immediate + systematic actions)
- Leadership skill to lead group activities on the production line
- Collaboration, effective working with others - with peers, with subordinates and manager
- Willing to learn and adapt background knowledge and take on challenge
- Excellent English communication
