Role Description

The Management Consultant will work in a full-time, hybrid capacity based in the Bangkok Metropolitan Region, with flexibility for some work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing client businesses, diagnosing performance issues, and developing strategic recommendations across areas such as growth, operations, digital transformation, and organizational effectiveness. The role involves leading and supporting consulting engagements, designing and improving business processes, building financial and operational models, and preparing clear, structured presentations and reports. The Management Consultant will collaborate closely with client stakeholders and internal team members to implement solutions, monitor progress, and adjust initiatives based on data and feedback. The position requires proactive problem-solving, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, impact-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, build models, and derive actionable insights.
• Experience in management consulting or consulting, with exposure to strategy development and implementation.
• Knowledge of finance and financial analysis to support business cases, valuations, and performance assessments.
• Understanding of business process design and improvement, including workflow optimization and operational efficiency.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Thai language proficiency is an advantage.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and manage projects from planning to execution.
• Comfort with hybrid work arrangements, including client-site work in the Bangkok Metropolitan Region and remote collaboration.
• Experience with digital transformation, M&A, or high-growth environments is a plus.
