Role Description

As an entry-level Management Consulting Associate, you will work full-time in a hybrid capacity, based in Bangkok City, Thailand, with the flexibility for some remote work. Your responsibilities will include conducting in-depth analyses, developing strategic recommendations, and supporting project management tasks to address client challenges. Additionally, you will collaborate with teams to deliver actionable insights, assist in client training, and ensure effective communication across all stakeholders. Your role will contribute to driving impactful solutions and facilitating transformational change for clients across various industries.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to assess data, evaluate strategies, and provide solutions to client challenges.
• Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, to effectively convey ideas, present reports, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Basic knowledge of finance principles to support decision-making and business analysis.
• Proficiency in project management to plan, organize, and execute tasks efficiently within deadlines.
• Capability to assist in training and knowledge sharing with clients to promote understanding and implementation of strategies.
• Willingness to learn, a proactive attitude, and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced consulting environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related field preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in English and familiarity with local business practices in Thailand is advantageous.
• Must be a Thai citizen.
