About the Role - We are looking for the talented candidate to join our Finance Team based in Bangkok, Thailand. This role report to Finance Director TH & VN.

Missions: Provides insightful analysis of all financial activities in organization including Be a first level of financial advisory for internal stakeholders and Be a gate keeper of financial reports to ensure data accuracy and completeness under management of Financial Director(FD). Assist FD in performing all tasks necessary to achieve the organization's mission and growth plans. This role covers for Thailand market

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist Financial Director to manage the monthly and annual FP&A process, including Budget and Latest Estimates
  2. Prepare and review financial results (Monthly/Quarterly and Yearly) with insightful analysis and commentaries
  3. Responsible for submitting Group reports GPS/ BOARD (P&L, ROPA, Key allocation, Inventory provision etc.)
  4. Monitoring and perform detailed analysis of company key expenses to budget owners e.g. Demonstration expenses, Marketing & Trade Marketing, Logistic cost
  5. Be lead for Sales Deduction part, provide analysis and recommendation on risk mitigation plan by coordinate with sales team
  6. Providing P&L by Channel to Commercial team with analysis and recommendation
  7. Support on the pre-post analysis before approval on investment of capital expenditures (CAPEX), BTL and Promotor headcount request.
  8. Ensure price schemes are accurate and aligned with Company direction
  9. Maintain the integrity of the internal control environment
  10. Support on Ad hoc requirements

Main skills required:

  • FP&A function and reporting Skills
  • Strong management, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Skillful in computer program i.e. SAP, JD Edwards, Excel and Power point.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Fast learner, adjust with situation change
  • Good multi-stakeholder management skill, both local and overseas
  • Ability to priorities and achievement targets
  • Work well under pressure and delivered on time with accuracy

Background.

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting and/or Finance
  • Minimum 10 years experience in finance function in muti-national firm
  • Fluent in Thai and English
