Role Description The Management Research Consultant will support consulting engagements by conducting rigorous qualitative and quantitative research, market and industry analysis, and benchmarking studies. In this full-time hybrid role based in the Bangkok Metropolitan Region, the consultant will work both on-site with the team and clients, and remotely from home as appropriate. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and synthesizing data from multiple sources, structuring problem statements, developing insights, and preparing clear presentations and reports for internal and client stakeholders. The consultant will collaborate with project teams to design research approaches, test hypotheses, and contribute to strategy recommendations and implementation plans. The role also involves monitoring trends, maintaining research databases, and supporting proposal development and thought-leadership ini
tiatives.
Qualifications
Strong analytical and research skills, including data collection, qualitative and quantitative analysis, and synthesis of complex information into clear insights.
Proficiency in business and management concepts such as strategy development, market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and performance measurement.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create structured reports, presentations, and client-ready documents.
Advanced skills in productivity and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, data visualization tools; experience with statistical or BI tools is an advantage).
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing priorities in a consulting environment.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Management, or a related field; prior experience in consulting, research, or corporate strategy is highly beneficial.
Strong professional ethics, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset, with interest in innovation, transformation, and high-growth environments.
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Thai and familiarity with the Bangkok business ecosystem are advantageous.
