Management Trainee (Financial & Credit Analyst)

The Management Trainee will be equipped the new generations with knowledge, abilities and business mindset enabling you to become the successful self-reliant leader, and will be provided a development program regarding the business-wide exposure, on-the-job training / specific training program to maximize your potential in your main functional area, or job rotations.

The outstanding person will be considered to gain exposure in international branches.

Qualifications:

Master degrees in Business Administration (MBA), Economic, Finance and Accounting, Engineering

Maximum 2 years of working in banking industry with direct experience in relationship or credit analysis (Fresh Graduate will be considered)

Good personality and can do attitude

must be exempt from military service

Required Skills:

Excellent analysis skill, strong business acumen with knowledge in financial analysis and investment portfolio will be appreciated

Good systematic and conceptual thinking with high communication and presentation skills

Good problem solving skills with leadership potential

Fluent in both written and spoken in English (TOEIC 700 or equivalent)

Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
