To develop our next generation of operations leaders, we are seeking ambitious fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience to join our Management Trainee Program.
Throughout this program, trainees will rotate through key technical functions within the plant, including Engineering, Production, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Safety and CVS. The rotation path will be tailored to your career interests and supported by guidance from our specialists. During each rotation, you will spearhead an operational improvement project designed to build a comprehensive, 360-degree understanding of our manufacturing ecosystem, all while receiving dedicated mentorship from senior executives. In your final rotation, you will tackle a high-stakes, real-world business challenge assigned directly by top management, culminating in a strategic presentation to our C-level executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured job rotation program across relevant functions to gain broad exposure to engineering and manufacturing operations
- Analyze and improve Factory operations to enhance efficiency, reduce cost, and increase productivity
- Support production planning and quality control to ensure output meets required standards
- Develop and track continuous improvement projects under the guidance of an assigned mentor
- Prepare performance reports and present progress updates to management on a regular basis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build teamwork and leadership capability
- Comply with occupational health and safety (OH&S) standards and promote a strong safety culture on the plant floor
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or the program committee
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome, or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant work experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good command of English — listening, speaking, reading, and writing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Data Analysis or Lean/Six Sigma is an advantage
- Comfortable applying AI and digital technology (data analytics, automation, IoT) to support Smart Factory initiatives
- Strong leadership qualities, self-motivated, and eager to continuously develop personal potential
- Willing to be based at the Lamluka (Klong 13) factory and to relocate/rotate as required by the program
- In good physical health, with no medical conditions that would hinder work in a plant environment
Preferred Attributes
- Internship experience in a manufacturing plant or production line
- Prior project or coursework related to process improvement
- Valid driver's license
